**ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE**:
The role of a Buyers assistant is to primarily support the Kids, Office and Storage buyer with any admin help. Part of your role is to ensure that stores are kept well informed with new introductions, product updates, carton markings and AI's across the Kids, Storage and Office categories. There may be times where this role may support other buyers, workload and priorities dependant. This role ensures the efficiency of the buyership ensuring that all housekeeping and processes are in place and adhered to across all areas and stakeholders. It is important as the Buyers assistant that you have an interest with the categories performance and demonstrate consistent and clear communication between our suppliers and other team members.

**ABOUT YOU**:
You will bring with you a minumum of an intermediate level of excel skills. You have completed your HSC or equivilient. You may have a diploma or degree in Business Management or Communications (desired, but not essential).
Experience within a retail buying environment is not essential, however we are looking for someone who has strong stakeholder management skills and is able to juggle conflicting priorities, and manage expectations.
You may come from a similar role, or from an administrative support role.
You have impeccable attention to detail, you thrive on structure, have good communication skills, as well as analytical skills.
