YOUR NEW ROLE
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Explore More team to ensure the efficient onboarding of new and exciting suppliers while assisting with range planning and maintaining key product master data.
- Developing a deep understanding of our customer's needs, to drive new product and digital experience opportunities
- Supporting the implementation of operational processes and policies to deliver continued growth and improvement for the Explore More operating mode
- Interact with the Buying, Planning, Marketing and Quality teams to achieve seamless introduction of new products online and drive continuous engagement
- Identify areas of improvement based on customer feedback, including product content, supplier operational performance and quality of product.
- Work with different teams such as IT, Marketing and 3rd party vendors to manage and load data into the Ecommerce platforms
- Work closely with the buying team to ensure that all relevant photography samples arrive in time for photography. Be responsible for the physical products and record keeping of samples
- Actively support the buyer with the category strategy with ongoing initiatives to drive sales.

**TO BE SUCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL REQUIRE**:

- Commercial or retail experience in a FMCG company
- A good understanding of Ecommerce, product management and buying
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills with an analytical mind
- Great communication skills, both verbal & written coupled with good time management skills
- AX systems knowledge a bonus
