**Marketing Automation Specialist**

With our ongoing growth and digital transformation, we have an opportunity for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Global Marketing Team based. We are open to your location, your circumstances and if you are looking for remote working, hybrid or working from our brand-new state of the art global head office in Brisbane.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing cross-channel campaigns across our marketing automation technology stack - working collaboratively with our Marketing, Loyalty and Digital teams to deliver personalised, relevant communications to our customers while continuing to experiment, test and learn to improve customer engagement.

**SHOW US HOW IT’S DONE**
- Conduct day-to-day management of eDM processes and execution (i.e., building, testing and deployment using Adobe Campaign Classic, following best practices).
- Consult to Lifecycle Marketing Managers on best practice journey design and build practices.
- Complete the build of complex customer journeys and their components including optimisation through creative testing, multivariate and A/B testing.
- Lead QA, regression testing & UAT for journeys including the development of testing plans.
- Design and manage internal workflows and processes that involve the Martech stack.
- Act as a first point of contact for operational business enquiries.
- Understand and share expertise to participate in the development and implementation of new Marketing Automation features, system integration and ongoing development.
- Assist in the execution of any new CRM initiatives and manage the ongoing monitoring of data integrity and troubleshooting of technical and data issues.

**WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE**
- 2-3+ years of experience in Enterprise Marketing automation software
- Proven experience developing complex end-to-end customer journeys that drive engagement and profitability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Advanced skills in HTML/CSS/Javascript and SQL
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders from all levels
