**About the Company**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Coordinator to join a NSW Organisation based in Burwood on a 6 month contract.

**About the Role**
- Provide a range of administrative and support services to ensure the Talent Teams function effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinates and manages records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Develops, implements and monitors office systems, procedures and methods, adapting processes and techniques as required, to facilitate efficient team / unit operations in line with agency standards, policies and procedures.
- Gathers and collates information for, and prepares documentation and reports on business unit performance, as well as makes recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery

**About You**
- Proven experience in admin and recruitment.
- 1-2 Years of experience in a similar role.
