**The Role**

You will effectively implement and manage the marketing activity across the Oberix Group business divisions to assist in the delivery of stated sales and marketing objectives. You will be central to continuing to develop brand awareness, company success and growth within our always evolving high tech industry.

Ideally you will have 2yrs+ industry experience. Applications from marketing graduates are also encouraged especially if you have relevant internships, work experience or personal projects to talk to us about.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Manage the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, advertising and promotional activities for the Oberix Group business divisions.
- Review and report on the performance of marketing campaigns against objectives and key performance indicators in order to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Actively contribute to the development of effective, coordinated marketing campaigns.
- Work proactively with key internal stakeholders from the various business divisions as well as external suppliers and contacts
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to execute project specific digital marketing strategies, conduct campaign analysis and generate engaging online content in line with project positioning and objectives.
- Be a proactive member of the marketing team to foster best practice and facilitate positive working relationships.
- Contribute to the market positioning and design of new marketing material.
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end client events and company events both national and international.
- Plan, organise and execute on company trade shows both national and international.
- Quarterly interstate travel required
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related discipline preferred.
- Enthusiastic and enjoy working at a fast pace to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills including high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge in MS Office suites.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign Attributes an advantage.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
