About the Role:
As the Customer Experience Specialist QLD for Bunnings Frame and Truss you will look to provide Personalised and Best Experience to our most valued F&T clients. In your role you will optimise F&T Quotes, Designs, Transport and Customer Experience in order to forge stronger relationships with clients ensuring our long-term success in QLD. Reporting directly to the National Customer Experience Manager for F&T your role will be instrumental in the future success of Bunnings Frame and Truss.

With 6 Frame & Truss Sites operating in Wacol, Minto, Warnervale, Unanderra, Hallam and Truganina there couldn’t be a better time to join the Bunnings F&T team as we look to expand our F&T offering across the country.

This role will see you work closely with our team of Estimators, Engagement Team, Account Managers and Suppliers to provide consistent and cost-effective projects whilst streamlining processes for our largest F&T customers.

Your experience and influencing skills will be tested daily as you will coach and train internal teams and clients on-site as a trusted advisor.

In addition to the above you can expect to:

- Enhance Customer Experience by being a component of their Building projects
- Help Train and Develop the Estimation team in providing consistency
- Build out tailored Customer Scope of work documents for all priority customers
- Utilize your Design experience/knowledge acting as an advisory to Customer Care Teams on approval of rectification solutions.
- Assist Account Managers and Specialist selling teams with specialist knowledge and education on Frame and Truss solutions
- Audit, review and analyse existing customer job commitments for margin improvement opportunities

About you:
As the Customer Experience Specialist for Frame and Truss NSW you will be a highly driven individual with a strong knowledge of Frame & Truss, Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing. Previous experience in Estimation or Detailing whilst having the ability to execute and develop sales strategies. You must be able to wear many hats, influence multiple stakeholders and have a good understanding Construction, Manufacturing or Engineering.
