**About the role**

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences while making a real difference? Join us as a Corporate Experience Program Officer and lead exciting team-building activities for corporate groups that directly support the welfare of our shelter animals. You'll guide participants through engaging volunteer tasks, ensuring they leave with a rewarding experience while giving back. This role is key to driving business connections, offering a unique platform for generating leads and growing our RSPCA QLD sponsorship family. - Oversee and coordinate corporate volunteering programs, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging, shelter-focused team-building tasks.
- Guide corporate volunteers in animal handling, with a focus on dogs.
- Deliver presentations, briefings, and explain safety protocols to corporate groups.
- Promote RSPCA QLD partnership opportunities and report leads to the Partnership Specialist.
- Build strong relationships with corporate partners and internal teams.
- Manage volunteer teams, offering direction and support.
- Handle administrative tasks such as responding to corporate enquiries, scheduling, registration, and feedback collection.
- Update program presentations and report on outcomes and impact.
- Work with the Partnerships team to refine and enhance the program.

**About you**

You'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may also include:

- Proven experience in animal handling, particularly with dogs, and a solid understanding of animal welfare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly organised with outstanding time management and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience managing volunteers or teams is a plus.
- Sales skills or a willingness to learn and grow in this area is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to supporting RSPCA QLD’s mission.
- Alignment with the values and objectives of RSPCA QLD.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including manual handling, with a capacity to handle a minimum weight of 10 kilos.
