The Role

We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our awesome team at our Wacol Distribution Centre.

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive crew who love what they do — helping our customers get exactly what they need, when they need it. Every day's a little different, so if you like variety and being part of a team that knows how to have a laugh while getting the job done, you'll fit right in.


A Day in the Life
  • Chat with customers via phone, email, and online orders
  • Work closely with our warehouse, purchasing and dispatch teams to keep things running smoothly
  • Process orders, payments, and quotes
  • Support our sales team with customer requests and returns
  • Jump in to help with general admin and team tasks when needed
  • Keep our customers smiling with top-notch service every time

What We're Looking For
  • Previous office-based customer service experience
  • A confident communicator with a friendly phone manner
  • Good computer and typing skills (Excel experience is a bonus)
  • Great multitasker who enjoys being part of a team
  • Keen to learn and grow with us

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Worked in hospitality, distribution or wholesale before
  • Used Pronto ERP (not essential, we'll train you)
