- Attending to maintenance requests and coordinating with service providers.
- Proficiently handling VCAT attendance when necessary.
- Assisting with leasing processes.
- Overseeing lease renewals and rent increases.

- 2 plus years’ experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager with an Agent's Representative Certificate.
- Current Australian drivers licence and access to a car.
- Strong knowledge of handling tenancy situations & VCAT processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A passion for real estate and an eagerness to learn and grow within a team.
- Diligent and committed work ethic.
- Previous experience with PropertyMe desirable, but not required
