**About the Opportunity**

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Milwaukee MX Fuel Specialist Team Leader to provide leadership and direction to the MX Fuel Specialists in South Australia and Western Australia. Your role will be to create awareness and demand for Milwaukee MX Fuel in our key market.

**Key Duties**:

- Execute innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories and via your assigned teams.
- Enable your team to effectively present and sell the Milwaukee value proposition to defined users. Regularly report progress to the BDM on achievements to the planned strategy.
- Implement the user focussed channel marketing strategies defined by the Channel Managers.
- Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent company’s brand.
- Build a high performing sales team whilst be conscious of contributing to a fair work/life balance for each team member.
- Provide leadership and direction to your entire team and support the broader Milwaukee leadership team in embedding the Milwaukee culture throughout the entire organisation.

**About you**:

- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
- Minimum 4 year of trade experience or relevant graduate degree.
- Minimum 1 Year direct selling experience.
- Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
- Experienced with using CRM software.
