A loving, professional family in Clovelly are seeking a bright, organized, and responsible nanny to assist with the afternoon routines of their two active children aged 10 and 13 years.

**The days and normal hours are:

- 5 days - 25 hours per week**

Monday - Friday 2pm - 7pm

Hours are flexible providing school pick up is included.

Extra hours may be required during school holidays.

An ideal nanny would be experienced and show initiative. A nanny that is active and creative and genuinely interested in engaging in conversation and activities to promote education, growth, and development.

The family is looking for someone who is honest, safe, and reliable and able to confidently transport and accompany their children from school and to activities, as well as providing care throughout the afternoon and evening.

The family have a car available for use if required.

**The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows -**
- To care for the children
- Follow the children’s routines
- Engage in age appropriate activities
- Transport and accompany the children from school and to organized activities
- Assist with light household tasks including laundry, and general tidying
- Cook simple family meals
- Assist with homework if required
- Run occasional errands and light grocery shop
- Walk the dog if time permits

**The family’s expectations from their nanny are -**
- 3+ years experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current Working with Children Check
- Display strong communication skills and speak English
- Non smoker/vaper
- Up to date with all vaccinations
- Full Drivers Licence
- An interest in sport and music a bonus
- Tutoring experience a bonus
