**Position: Community Support Worker**
**Location: Southwest Sydney**
As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalised assistance to our participants, whether it be at our facility, in the community, or within their homes. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- **Relevant qualifications**: such as a Certificate III or IV in Disabilities.
- **Prior experience**: as a front-line worker or carer, working with individuals with disabilities.
- **Strong communication skills**: Both written and verbal, to ensure effective interaction with our participants.
- **Sensitivity to diversity**: Experience in and sensitivity to working with people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
- **Transportation**: Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- **Tech-savvy**: A mobile smartphone with internet capabilities.
- **Safety preparedness**: A current first aid certificate.
- **NDIS compliance**: A current NDIS worker check.
- **Flexibility**: The ability to work flexible hours as required, including weekends

**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Penalty rates
