**About the Role**

**True Step Pty Ltd** is looking for a motivated **Disability Support Worker** to join our passionate team in **Casula, NSW**. This role focuses on providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals in the community. As a valued member of our team, you’ll play a key role in empowering people with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting clients with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands
- Engaging clients in recreational and social activities to promote their well-being
- Documenting client progress and sharing feedback with the support team
- Advocating for client needs and ensuring their rights are upheld
- Following all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Note: Support may be required on various days depending on client needs, with most shifts expected between Monday and Friday._

**What We’re Looking For**
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a commitment to person-centred care
- **Minimum 6 months’ experience** in a similar role or a **Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with clients
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse needs

- **NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support**:
