About the role
As the Team Lead - Fellowship Support Program (FSP), you will lead the FSP administrative team, ensuring smooth program delivery and supporting participants throughout their progression. Reporting to the Training Programs Lead, you will oversee policies, processes, and deliverables while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.
**As our Team Lead - FSP, you'll also**:
lead and mentor the FSP administration team, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of program objectives.
oversee FSP documentation, reporting, and compliance, while implementing process improvements.
coordinate with internal teams, Medical Educators, and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
manage registrar training stages, track progress, and escalate concerns as needed.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in leading and supporting administration teams.
