**About your new role**:
We are seeking a Residential Life Coordinator at our new property at UniLodge Melbourne Central (Latrobe St). You will be responsible for supporting the Residential Life Manager as well as facilitating the student experience of the residence as a community - having particular emphasis on resident wellbeing, pastoral care, academic matters and events management. Other duties include:

- Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life Program with the Residences that align with the Student Experience Framework.
- Manage a diverse and holistic calendar of events for residents while balancing core areas of support and resident interests
- Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times and after-hours

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar capacity with a focus on leadership and wellbeing in a University/youth environment
- Demonstrated experience in event management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to research and develop evidence-based programs and policies
- National Police Check & Working with Children Check (must be willing to obtain)
