We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Manager, Transformation and Operations looking to make a real difference through their work at myHomecare in Castle Hill, NSW.

**Scope**:
**_ Transformation and Continuous Improvement_**
- Delivery of transformational initiatives (e.g. operating model standardisation) and supporting project rollouts (Procura consolidation / file drive consolidation / phone fixes).
- Delivery of continuous improvement projects.
- Deliver upon plans to rollout lean six sigma and manage ongoing.
- Product management of various technology solutions to operational issues alongside the CIO.
- Assist the Group COO in preparation of strategic and operational plans, quarterly business review’s, operational benchmarking and KPI setting.
- Identify technology gaps and improvements and define the product solution alongside other teams.
- Manage future M&A integrations and various deal related operational due diligence.

**_Operations_**
- Assist the Group COO with operational responses including large complaints.
- Work as a collaborative team member and assist General Manager’s with their own planning and operational improvement efforts.
- Work alongside the GM, Workforce Management and Analytics to operationalise insights.
- Review and define key reports and scrub systems data taking ownership of data clean-up projects to ensure data is clean.
- Prepare ad-hoc grant proposals.
- Prepare research, identify and respond to Government changes that will impact the aged care sector.
- Develop various ad-hoc operational and project-based communications.
- Assist the Group COO with COVID response planning.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in a business strategy focused role or strong projects background and an eagerness to round out your skillset in operations.
- Understanding of the health industry or willingness to pursue a career in health management.
- Strong Project Management skills and experience with a strong focus on plan, execution against the plan and managing stakeholders, issues and risks.
- Strong IT project and product management experience and the ability to manage developers (desirable).
- Strong soft skills including the ability to manage diverse sets of stakeholders around the country.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with a proactive approach to developing relationships.
- Previous experience in strategy formulation, strategic planning and analysis.
- Strong quantitative and written skills - you’re a real all-rounder.
