Our client are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a
**Leasing Manager**.

Previous real estate experience and a certificate of registration is highly desired, however we also encourage individuals who are new to industry to apply. Attitude is everything to us. We can teach you the skills if you're motivated, ambitious and eager to learn.
**Your duties will include**:
As a Leasing Manager, you will provide support to our greater Property Management team and will be an integral part of our organisation.
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
- Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
- Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral;
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
- Conducting ingoing inspections;
- Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
- Diary management; and
- General administration.
**To succeed in this role you'll have**:
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential);
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or registration certificate (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- The ability to assist with the growth of the rent roll.
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of software platforms;
- A valid drivers licence; and
- A reliable motor vehicle.
