We’re on the hunt for a **Commercial Product Coordinator** to join our **Commercial Product Team.**

**About the role**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Review and maintain both internal and external facing collateral and help guides
- Review and maintain digital intranet including collecting user experience feedback and making improvement recommendations
- Maintain digital ad spec information
- Maximise the performance of digital products by tracking commercial assets (qualitative & quantitative) to assist informing future products, reports and case studies
- Deliver a high level of stakeholder satisfaction through providing prompt and professional responses to enquiries and requests
- Ensure collaboration with other members of the wider digital team

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges with a positive mindset
- Experience in a sales support role, creating presentations and data entry
- Keen interest in data, marketing strategy & the evolution of digital audio
- A very good eye for detail and process orientated
