**Your new company**
This market leading organisation provides a national service to develop and operate essential services to Energy, Utilities, Communications and Transport industries across Australia. This organisation coordinates the design, manufacturing and maintenance of new and existing networks.

**Your new role**
This role is responsible for effective entry of data and administrative support. Working closely with the wider team this position requires someone with high attention to detail and a strong background in Accounts Payable. The duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Processing all relevant data & reporting provided with the dedicated timeframes
- Assisting in the development of arrange of metrics to assess data entry integrity
- Supporting of the field teams through identification of reporting of common errors in data entry, and training to field teams in rectification techniques
- Supporting the production of contract performance report through data validation and other analysis.
- Managing and updating the Work Order tracking spreadsheet
- Send and follow up on requests for Work Order data to Supervisors and Contractors to action
- Conducting audits
- Project filing in accordance with the corporate plans
- Batching, allocating and posting of AP Invoices
- Liaising with Managers to resolve invoice and costing discrepancies
- Handling enquiries from suppliers and subcontractors

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated understanding of the water and network utility sectors is desirable
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certificate in Business Administration or similar field is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Strong initiative and sound problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
