Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain house policies and procedures
- Update and maintain house manual
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Complete weekly house grocery and cleaning products shopping
- Submit expense receipts
- Provide general support staff in a number of houses
- Work in collaboration with Accommodation Manager, Accountant and Director
- Liaise with house team leaders and support workers to handle requests and queries from Accommodations Manager and Director
- Handling Ad-Hoc tasks as required by the director
- Manage Calendars
- Make Phone calls as requested by the director
- Keep a record of client products stock and place new orders as needed
- Ensure Medical appointments and pathology requests are completed on time by house staff
- Maintain Clients and Director Appointments calendars
- Liase with maintenance providers to complete maintenance requests
- Overseeing smooth running of various houses
- Customer service oriented
- Maintain Clients appointments diary
- Liaise with utilities providers to resolve any issues e.g. phone and internet issues.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $43,164.32 - $74,869.43 per year

**Benefits**:
