**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a reliable team member who can **commit to a fixed 5-day roster** and bring enthusiasm and consistency every shift. This is a hands-on role in a busy restaurant environment where every day moves fast — perfect for someone who loves the buzz of service and takes pride in doing things well.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver outstanding service with a genuine smile
- Lead, motivate, and support FOH staff during busy shifts.
- Handle rush periods with confidence and calm
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep things running seamlessly
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace
- Manage reservations, table allocation, and waitlists effectively to maximise turnover and guest satisfaction.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **strong can-do attitude** — we value people who step up, not back
- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in hospitality within a busy restaurant environment.
- Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Proven reliability and commitment — must be available for all rostered days
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and escalate issues where needed.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine (prior Japanese restaurant experience preferred).
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
- Current RSA.
