**Job Description**:

- Facilitate the delivery of **physiotherapy** content during our induction weeks.
- Support the **Training and Development team** with creating and delivering **quality education** to our physios, companywide.
- Possibility to later facilitate our **Physiotherapy Grad Program**.
- Facilitation skills **training provided along with ongoing support** **and development** to excel in role.
- Encouraged to explore opportunities for** career progression **- no ceilings.
- ** Part time facilitator role**, 1-2 days per month alongside your clinical caseload.
- Open to **part-time** or **full-time** clinical caseload.
- Using **objective measures** to guide clinical decisions - including **strength testing and patient recorded outcome **measures.**:

- Treating a 90% privately paying caseload.
- 60-minute initial and 30-minute review.
- Clinical role opportunities available **across Victoria.**

**Qualifications**:

- Physiotherapy qualification.
- AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a physiotherapy role.
- Prior facilitation skills are an advantage, but not essential.
