Your Role as a Patient Experience Coordinator

As the first face of our clinic, you'll create the welcoming atmosphere that sets us apart. Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating a warm, professional first impression for all patients
- Managing appointment schedules and ensuring smooth clinic flow
- Handling patient inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Assisting with payments and insurance/rebate processes
- Supporting our physiotherapy team to deliver outstanding care
- Maintaining an organised, inviting clinic environment
