Reporting to the **Condition Monitoring Supervisor**, the **Asset Maintenance Scheduler **will be responsible for handling the tracking and scheduling of required service events for assets under the FitFleet customer value agreements (CVAs).

You will be required to keep accurate records via strategy task backlog management and asset usage data within AMT. This will allow PM Labour demand planning forecasts at a branch level to ensure peaks and troughs can be managed effectively. This role will facilitate increased velocity and reduce costs in scheduling services for Fit Fleet assets while having a positive impact on customer satisfaction via service completion accuracy.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Advanced administrative skills with a minimum of 3-5 years previous experience within a similar role within a maintenance environment.
- Foundational understanding of maintenance planning and processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge in working and understanding Equipment Maintenance and planning concepts.
- Demonstrated experience working with mobile equipment environment in a planning/scheduling role (desired not essential).
- Good working knowledge of contract management and planning software (AMT).
- Previous exposure to preventative maintenance contracts and build up cost structures.
- Time management and organisation skills - ability to managing competing deadlines and priorities.
- High level of customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
