**Job Description: Football Referee - Football Development League (FDL)**

**Location**: Central Coast Sports College, Central Coast
**Availability**: Saturdays

**About the FDL**:
The **Football Development League (FDL)** is a structured competition designed to provide high-quality match experience for youth footballers. The league prioritizes fair play, player development, and a professionally run game-day experience.

We are seeking **experienced referees** to officiate matches and uphold the integrity of the league.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Officiate matches professionally, ensuring games run smoothly and fairly.
- Maintain control and player safety in all match situations.
- Arrive on time, fully prepared, and in appropriate referee attire.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience refereeing **youth or competitive football matches**.
- Strong game management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to officiate multiple matches on a **Saturday schedule**.
- A professional, impartial, and confident approach to refereeing.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

- refereeing: 1 year (preferred)
