**About The Role
The Digital Trade Planning Coordinator role is a core part of the WooliesX digital trade activation team and is responsible for bringing our trade marketing plans to life across the website for customers. You’ll do this by leading the briefing of creative assets, as well as the curation of landing page experiences, focusing on delivering a customer first experience. Utilising your analytics experience & retail knowledge you’ll also drive the delivery of weekly reporting including providing actionable insights to guide our future plans.
This role reports into the Digital Trading Planning & Strategic Projects Chapter and is a part of the broader Commercial Practice. In this position, you will support, engage and collaborate cross-functionally across WooliesX and the wider Woolworths Group.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Lead the administrative tasks and creative asset briefing process in order to execute the Customer & Trade Plan. Including providing feedback & recommendations.
- Support in the delivery & optimisation of Promotional & Category Events.
- Develop and share creative asset tracking, performance insights and post event reviews.
- Support and work in line with our Agile Structure, along with more granular activities required to accomplish the role objectives.
**About You
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:
- A passion for online retail, eCommerce or technology.
- Understanding of eCommerce and retail trade activation is preferred.
- Admin and business experience, including proficiency in spreadsheets.
- Strong written and oral skills.
- Able to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships.
- A Marketing or Business qualification or previous industry experience is preferred.
