A family medical centre in North Lakes is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team.

Key requirements:

- Previous medical reception experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Ability to work effectively within a team and also independently
- Possess a strong work ethic with a friendly attitude
- Display a professional manner via phone and with patients in the clinic setting
- Able to multitask and display fantastic organisational skills
- Able to work a full day shift 7:45am - 5:15pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and close of clinic
- Scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Organising incoming correspondence and directing to the appropriate health professional
- Liaising with patients and their families and assisting with arrangements for their care
- Assisting our GP's and allied health providers with required administration tasks

The position offers approximately 1-2 days per week plus holiday cover as required.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
