**Job Description** Day to day you will**:

- Manage Studio and Control Room schedules, ensuring efficient operations.
- Oversee rostering of Studio Operations staff and handle adjustments as needed.
- Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders and resolve escalated issues.
- Review workflows to drive productivity improvements and operational efficiency.
- Handle new projects, shows, and breaking news staffing requirements.
- Manage annual leave balances, timesheets, and approval processes.
- Lead and direct the department supervisor team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with goals.
- Maintain a safe work environment and promote a culture of performance feedback.
- Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and support staff development.
- Remain available for contact during breaking news, outside regular hours.
- Ensure seamless information flow across departments.
