In line with our exciting growth, a fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced **Counter Sales Person** to join our brand-new team at the **Dandenong** **Branch**.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone
- Counter sales including customer development
- Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.
- Provide all necessary administration support to the team
- Maintain a professional presentation of the branch

**What you’ll need**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team
- Good planning, organisation, and time management skills
- Competent PC skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to learn new skills and adapt based on business requirements
- Forklift licence is preferred but not essential
- This position from time to time may require you to perform manual handling tasks
- Industry experience is not essential, just a willingness to learn, confidence, and desire to develop your skills and knowledge.
