**Your new company**

This reputable NFP organisation based in Sydney CBD is looking for a skilled Early Childhood professional to lead their Operations Team and take responsibility for service and business operations of 2 centres. This small ECE provider offers an exceeding quality of care across their centres and deliver forward-thinking programs in line with up-to-date research and ECE theory.

**Your new role**

As Head of ELC's/ General Manager, you will lead from the front and oversee the Head Office Team including an Operations Manager & Hr Manager. You should be able to work autonomously reporting directly to the board.

This is a permanent, full time role offering some WFH benefits and site based work in Sydney CBD.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- An ECT Qualification is desirable
- Experience in an Operations/ Area Manager role in Early Childhood is essential
- Strong business acumen
- A commitment to facilitating quality ECE programs
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
