Pay: $43.55 - $66.86 + $2.25 Educational Leader Allowance + Super
ResponsibilitiesAs an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

- Step into world of wonder and imagination in a room of 26 pre-schoolers (4-5 years old).
- 4 hours a week of dedicated programming time in our collaborative planning haven. Unleash your creativity alongside our passionate staff in a space designed to inspire and innovate.
- 8 hours of dedicated Educational Leader time, free from distractions

- You'll get paid on par with state primary school Teachers (if you hold your Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent)
