Manage the Operations team of a privately run, medium-sized Early Childhood provider, strategic role

**Your new company**

This medium-sized Early Childhood organisation has a growth mindset and a commitment to quality Early Childhood Education & Care. They currently have 22 services in the Sydney region with plans to develop / acquire up to 10 new services in the next 2/3 years in NSW and potentially develop a national footprint.

The organisation offers support to their Centre Directors and EC services by creating a well-organised management structure consisting of experienced multi-site managers and Operations specialists as well as an established corporate services team.

**Your new role**

The 'Head of Operations' role sits under the General Manager and takes responsibility for facilitating best practice RE: Operations Management across the portfolio of 22 services (currently). You will guide a team of Area Managers and mentor an Operations Manager whilst reviewing the operations of the portfolio with a strategic lens.

The role will require you to form relationships and evaluate current business operations before creating strategic plans for immediate change management/ service development as well as future growth opportunities and new service development.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A Qualification in Early Childhood or relevant business discipline
- Experience managing the operations of a large portfolio
- Experience growing a portfolio - Early Childhood services and regulatory knowledge preferred
- Multi-site mentoring and leadership experience
- Business acumen and the ability to evaluate operations and create strategic plans for future development
