Hudson RPO has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist role with our onsite RPO with Bayer. Bayer is a globally recognised Life Sciences organisation with a reputable history within health care and agriculture.
- Working in a hybrid capacity, you will work 2 - 3 days onsite at the Bayer premised, based at Pymble. We are seeking Talent Acquisition specialist with previous experience in RPO, Internal or Agency with strong stakeholder management and ability to deliver talent management solutions across a range of portfolios.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- End to End Recruitment
- Developing relationships, collaborating and partnering with key stakeholders
- Delivering a best practice talent sourcing & attraction recruitment process
