**THE CLIENT**
Our client is one of Australia's leading residential aged care and early childhood providers, who are providing luxury, premium facilities across NSW and VIC. With around 1000 employees they have significant plans for growth across multiple states in Australia. They are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition specialist to own the early childhood recruitment and work both strategical and operationally. Based in Sydney CBD in a lavish office, they offer flexibility and hybrid working.
**THE ROLE**
Working with a small close knit team, the TA specialist will be responsible for owning the early childhood recruitment portfolio and be responsible for:
- Devising and creating sourcing strategies through various platforms and looking at different ways to attract talent
- Identifying talent pipelines for crucial roles within the organisation
- Working collaboratively with universities on future graduates for upcoming talent
- Determine selection criteria, interview guides and key skills
**THE CANDIDATE**
To be successful in this role you must have previous recruitment experience, experience recruiting within the early childhood sector is desired however not essential. You must be able to build rapport with key stakeholders and be very customer service orientated with substantial interpersonal and communication skills. We are seeking someone who is driven and can take initiative on certain processes and procedures.
