**Description**:
THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity exists for someone wanting to step up to a 2IC / Assistant Store Manager role to join our Fulcrum Signature Store in Coopers Plains. The Signature Store is our flagship store where we do our staff training and sees a lot of exciting prototypes / R&D work

$1500 sign-on bonus*
$3600 annual labour utilisation incentive on top of base rate
Up to $3000 relocation allowance for moving expenses if relocating more than 500km*

**The role includes, but is not limited to**:
Assisting the store manager in day-to-day running of the stores: phone calls, quote follow-ups, etc.
Playing role in exceeding determined sales plan and target objectives
Ensuring the consistent execution of the company’s marketing and visual presentation
Helping to train staff by developing their product knowledge and customer service standards
Maintain proper inventory controls

**To be considered for this role you must**:

- Have demonstrated diagnostic experience
- Be passionate about all things automotive or 4WD
- Love a challenge and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a friendly and confident demeanour, with a “can do” attitude
- Have the ability to multi-task, whilst maintaining high attention to detail
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have excellent people skills and be intuitive to customers’ needs
- Have the ability to coach and mentor apprentices
- Those more seasoned professionals currently working in this role and industry but are looking for a new challenge within a progressive and dynamic Australian company. This is someone that could bring something more senior to the team.
- Those who may be new to the role, but are hard-working, willing to learn, meet the above criteria, and demonstrate their passion for automotive aftermarket products.
