SIXT Australia is seeking a **Full Time Fleet Optimisation Manager** to join our team.

As a **Fleet Optimisation Manager** you will:

- Monitor, review, strategize and recommend one-way drop fee rates and changes based on natural one-way flows.
- Review and deliver a one-way flow redistribution based on current and future booking demand, by location and region.
- Reduce the new vehicle purchases by managing fleet relocations in a timely and efficient manner, based on past and current demand patterns.
- Ensure relocations are reviewed and structured well in advance to ensure that fleet is located in the correct locations, based on demand, yield and operational/strategic requirements.
- Negotiate with Branch/Region Managers, on best vehicle class and quantity to be relocated and when.
- Review, monitor and manage vehicle class bookings and ensure best match of vehicles class to demand, nationally, regionally and by location.
- Review competitor vehicle class mix and recommend vehicle class purchases based on our major competitors offerings and our own strategic objectives.
- Analyse and provide reporting on vehicle movements, one way rental activity, by class, location and region.
- Review and monitor the monthly vehicle VCPM and advise the Pricing Analyst on the most profitable vehicles class on fleet in any given month.
- Provide historical comparison reporting, by fleet movements and “on rent” statistics by national, regional, location and class level.
- Review and negotiate with both corporate and franchise operators to ensure a steady flow of corporate cars are repatriated back to corporate locations in a timely manner.
- Increase the value of the SIXT Australia brand through revenue growth and fleet management strategies.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in a business or logistics related discipline
- Demonstrated expert with Software packages especially Excel, Oracle and including Windows, Qlikview, Tableau, Word, Tracker, Access and Power Point.
- Proven and demonstrable analytical ability
- Highly team focused
- Previous logistic/ fleet management experience within a Car Rental, Fleet services environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High level of self-motivation
- Strong attention to detail, strong communication and time management skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management, interpersonal skills and influencing ability
- Results driven
