You will be welcomed with open arms and highly revered when you bring your expertise and experience to this medium sized facility situated in beautiful Camperdown. **The Role** - Drive continuous improvement activities relevant to clinical care - Lead all staff members responsible for the delivery of care to residents - Leadership and coordination of all aspects of clinical care and services across the residential facility - Responsible for the financial performance of the facility including the management of budgets and AN-ACC - Assist in the development of facility team rosters and ensuring optimal skill mix - Manage clinical risk and ensure a genuine commitment to continuous improvement within the facility - Management of staff performance and professional development - Ensuring standards of nursing and service delivery is in accordance with best practice, organisational policy and legislation - Management and monitoring of all facility complaints and the associated resolution process **About you....** - Experience at leading, educating and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team - Experience and knowledge of clinical assessments, care plans, AN-ACC and accreditation compliance and documentation - A hands-on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership - Current unrestricted Registered Nurse Div 1 with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) - Post graduate qualifications in aged care and business management would be highly desirable - Strong IT skills to ensure that documentation and reporting requirements can be maintained in accordance with organisational and legislative requirements - A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that has a passion for leading clinical outcomes - Knowledge and understanding of the physiology of the ageing process. - Current Australian working rights **What's in it for you?** - A very generous hourly pay - Relocation costs assistance - Tax free allowances of $15,900 - Meal entertainment up to $2,650 - Remote Area benefits (mortgage or rental) - Novated lease option - 6 weeks annual leave - Phone allowance - Uniform and Laundry allowance **Why you should call me now** - I will represent you to our clients and negotiate on your behalf - I will support you throughout the recruitment process and ensure you are kept in the loop every step of the way
