Cater Care is delighted to be working with one of the region's most prestigious schools, providing high quality food services to hungry students. An integral part of the team is the Assistant Manager, who will play a crucial role in our Food & Beverage team on a permanent full-time basis.
**Description**:
**The Role**:
Support the management of site & contract scoped services
Contribute to menu planning & stock ordering
Support and manage the team delivering great service at the many functions the school hosts
Team management, development & leadership
Ensure compliance to health & safety regulations, implementing improvements where required
Staff rostering & recruitment
**Skills and Experiences**:
Previous experience with hosting events & functions
Similar experience operating kitchens
Food Safety Certification
Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm
Clear communication ability and good customer service skills
