**What You'll be Doing**

We’re looking for someone to take charge of our new e-commerce store and drive it to new heights. You’ll be working on a pivotal role that covers operations, marketing and customer service.
- Setting up the Shopify store (products, data, integrations)
- Setting up and managing an accurate Inventory system
- Organising samples & co-ordinating with the warehouse team
- Following up customers and delivering excellent customer service
- Co-ordinating with designers and developers on website optimisations
- Assisting with the backend admin and operations
- Developing operating processes as the venture scales
- Assisting with the operations, accounts and admin of the wholesale business

The scope of the role may change and expand as the company grows.

We are looking for someone who will grow with us long-term. Here are some possibilities:

- You’ll help us dramatically increase our product range, expanding into rugs, carpet and other interior decor
- You’ll lead the backend warehouse management and fulfilment operations
- You’ll lead the e-commerce store and build a team around you

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
