**About the Opportunity**
Berendsen Fluid Power is Australia’s largest locally owned hydraulics company. We are strong, solid and successful business that’s constantly growing. Due to that growth, we’re looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our outstanding team in Richlands Brisbane.

This role will see you working across a broad range of industrial sectors, overseeing a team whilst providing mentoring and instruction of repairs on hydraulic systems and equipment used in fixed plant and mobile equipment while still maintaining a hands-on technical role.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Mechanical Trade Qualifications (Diesel, Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter).
- Experience working in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the overhaul and test of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors & valves.
- Good people skills, clear communication, and a desire to progress in the business

Your responsibilities will be:

- Supervise a team of technicians and maximise productivity of workshop.
- Assist with scheduling to achieve on time completion of work.
- Ability to understand tight tolerance and critical measurements.
- Able to estimate scope of repairs.
