**The Business**

We are a small, family-owned business with an auto electrical workshop, a parts shop, an online shop and a YouTube channel (Ready To Drive Anywhere). We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom solutions for auto electric installations on 4WD’s, camper trailers, caravans, mining vehicles, trucks and other machinery.

We are the go-to place in Perth when it comes to seeking the highest quality parts and installations for your car or project. We get endorsements for our customer service and product excellence from our customers and YouTube Influencers around Australia (e.g. Andrew St. Pierre White from 4xOverland, Ronny Dahl from 4Wheeling Australia, Harry from Fire to Fork, etc.).

**The Role**

We are looking for a reliable Salesperson to work in our Auto Electric Parts Shop. You would help customers find the parts, they are looking for, answer phones, process payments and process orders.

What you really need to excel at in this job is the drive to offer great customer service and some general knowledge of aftermarket auto electric installations and components like DC/DC Charger, Solar Panels, Lithium Batteries, Inverters, Lights, etc.

a passion for Auto Electrics and 4-wheel-driving, cars and camping and the ability to learn and follow procedures.

**Tasks in this role include**:

- Answering incoming sales enquiries via phone, computer, and face to face
- Using the company warehouse management software to process orders (training will be provided)
- Processing payments and refunds
- Managing the appearance of the shop and reception area (incl. refilling stock, presentation of displays, tidiness, etc.)
- Assisting with critical day-to-day administrative duties
- Other duties as required (we are a small team and all help each other out)

**Our ideal new team member has**:

- A passion for the automotive industry with an interest in 12Volt technology, 4-wheel-driving fit outs and auto electrics (further training will be provided)
- Some knowledge about aftermarket auto electric installations and components like DC/DC Charger, Solar Panels, Lithium Batteries, Inverters, Lights, etc.
- Solid computer skills
- A passion for great customer service
- Good communication skills (verbally & written)
- The ability stay concentrated in a busy environment
- The ability to work in a team and follow procedures
- Reliability
- Organisation skills
- A positive attitude and a can-do-approach to problem solving

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
