The Opportunity

We are seeking a proven Branch Manager to lead our Margaret River operation across Trade, Retail and Customer Service. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role in a high-performing network, with full responsibility for branch performance, people leadership, and customer outcomes.

You will:

  • Take full ownership for branch performance, profitability, safety and service delivery.
  • Lead, coach and develop a diverse team across trade, retail and yard operations.
  • Drive trade sales growth and strengthen partnerships with builders and contractors.
  • Ensure retail presentation standards, merchandising and promotional execution align with M10 brand.
  • Execute branch operational excellence – inventory, DIFOT, compliance and safety.
  • Be a visible leader within the Margaret River trade and community.

What We're Looking For

You will be an experienced leader in the hardware, building supplies or trade/retail sector, ideally from:

  • Mitre 10 / Independent Hardware Group
  • Bunnings
  • Home Timber & Hardware
  • Reece, Tradelink or similar trade-focused networks

Key skills and attributes:

  • Proven branch or store management experience in a retail/trade environment
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen – P&L accountability
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Hands-on leadership style with a customer-first mindset
  • Drive to grow market share in a competitive environment
