**The role**
We have an exciting, fixed-term full time opportunity for a Regional Workspace Manager to join and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of GPT Space&Co, overseeing the operational excellence of their team and locations across Sydney and Brisbane. With a clear vision of positioning GPT Space&Co as Australia’s leading provider of flexible workspaces, you will drive the strategy to consistently elevate both the brand and member experience.
Guided by our ‘Experience First’ principle as the Regional Workspace Manager, you will be dedicated to creating inspiring, world-class workspaces and unforgettable customer experiences. You will be able to achieve this your proven experience and knowledge with effective team leadership, continuous training, proactive facilities management, and meaningful customer interactions and activations.
**What you will be doing**
- Leading by example to create a culture of exceptional customer service, empowering your teams to mirror this excellence across all member interactions across the venues
- Driving member loyalty through proactive engagement, regular catch-up meetings (in collaboration with the Sales Team), and innovative initiatives that consistently elevate satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Taking full ownership of the customer experience strategy, collaborating with the GPT Customer teams to ensure seamless, exceptional service delivery that aligns with companywide CX initiatives.
- Being responsible for addressing escalations and managing outstanding arrears across your locations and region, ensuring financial stability and accountability in member debt.
- Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to grow ancillary revenue streams, creating additional value for the business.
- Providing key support to managers in daily operations, acting as an escalation point and continually assessing operations for efficiency improvements and optimisation opportunities.
- Leading your teams with vision, providing guidance, induction, training, and continuous development on all relevant in-house systems and procedures and being proactive in managing team performance, optimising resources, and ensuring governance, all while fostering a results-driven environment where accountability and success thrive.

We are seeking a customer focused professional, with proven experience in multi-site operational management with a proven ability to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery for both customers and guests.
As a natural communicator, you will have good presentation skills, be a problem solver and have strong financial acumen, including a thorough understanding of revenue management, budgeting, and cost control, allowing you to drive strong financial performance while overseeing the smooth operation of the venues and your teams. You would thrive on building relationships, have experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and love embedding continuous improvement initiatives in your work.
