Marketing & Events Assistant Permanent Role, competitive salary & bonus available, Port Melbourne location

**Your new company**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing & Events Coordinator role in a Medical Devices Manufacturing company. You will have the opportunity to join their dynamic team in their Port Melbourne Office.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for proving support for all training, education and associated events. You will also coordinate all internal events as directed.

Key duties:

- Liaise with stakeholders to arrange events and education courses
- Update and utilise customer database for marketing of training and education courses
- Oversee resource planning including event logistics, materials, program, handouts, certificates etc
- Coordinate invoicing and coding against budget for all training and education events
- Coordinate and develop a protocol for training events while liaising with marketing coordinators
- Update and maintain the Company training and education calendar
- Manage end to end events including materials requirements
- Work with sales specialists to ensure a referral evening program is implemented
- Coordinate of external and internal events including whole of Sales & Marketing meetings
- Provide administrative support for International Team for Implantology
- Coordinate flight travel and accommodation through Corporate Travellers for the business and for Event Speakers
- Ad hoc duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous events organising experience, which can be experience during administration roles
- Someone who is self-motivated and wants experience in the marketing and events industry
- Full working rights for Australia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
