We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist — someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service with problem-solving skills and enjoys analytical thinking. This role involves product support with resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoys solving problems. If you love working with people, have strong analytical skills, and take pride in helping customers, this role is for you
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product-related queries efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and contribute to internal knowledge base articles.
- Escalate issues as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture at Tes Australia.

**About You**:

- Passionate about helping customers and making a difference.
- Experience in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with technology, particularly Office 365.
- A quick learner—we will provide full training in our software during your first three months.
