Interior Designer

Span is expanding, and we are searching for the next member to **Join our team**.

We are an international award-winning team, consisting of highly motivated mid-level designers.
Together, we ensure that each project is well-executed, from the initial concept stage to refining the final documentation. Our creative and dynamic studio has a diverse portfolio comprised of various unique projects, and never limited to a particular style.

You will need to be passionate about interior design and driven by quality, working across residential, hospitality, retail and mixed-use spaces.

**Key responsibilities**
- Contribute to the team in the workplace for projects
- Working on concepts through to delivery with strong support from seniors
- Work closely with external consultants and contractors
- Undertake design projects from concept to completion
- Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery and implementation of drawing packages
- Strong overall communication skills with clientele, contractors and the team

**Skills and experience**
- Experience of working on office design (its a bonus)
- Strong Vectorworks proficiency
- Exceptional design-eye
- 3 - 4 years’ experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail
- Strong marketing and client management skills are much preferred
- Ability to produce high-quality detailing, spatial layouts, scheduling and finishes selection
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- A passion and a flair for design
- Previous experience working on commercial, hospitality interiors or residential projects within a professional practice
- An advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree within Interior Design
- Must be located in Sydney and hold a permanent residency or Australian Citizenship

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
