**About the role**:
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent **Quality & Compliance Coordinator** to become a key member of our team at **Morayfield**.

Reporting directly to the Chief of Quality and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of care and compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Strengthened Standards.
- Driving continuous improvement in clinical care, lifestyle and service delivery.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating practices to align with organisational policies and procedures.
- Identifying risks and supporting teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Supporting accreditation and quality processes.

**About you**:

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience working in a similar quality role
- Strong working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation
- Exceptional mentoring and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Proficient in data interpretation and confident with computer systems
