**Your role**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader, Records Management, to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and day-to-day management of the Records team to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead and manage the team to ensure effective and timely delivery of quality services
- Monitor and manage workloads to ensure effective allocation of work across the team based on service priorities and program requirements
- Translate and communicate business objectives and relevant policy directions to the team to facilitate their engagement with and delivery of these objectives
- Foster and maintain positive working relationship with key stakeholders to support delivery of quality outcomes
- Provide ongoing guidance, support, coaching and training to build staff capability and ensure the team is responsive to changing demands
- Undertake a range of administrative, system and management activities to ensure effective functioning of the service delivery team
- Analyse team performance against prescribed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct performance management/development activities to ensure high quality work is delivered and issues are resolved in a timely and equitable manner
