**Responsibilities**:

- Good understanding of Technology security, compliance and regulatory requirements with respect to Applications/infrastructure in scope.
- Proven track record of having led Applications Management Services delivery for clients
- Leveraging experience developing Application Managed Services solutions that align to clients technology and business needs, including, Support, Enhancement and Release management using ITIL methodologies;
- Solid knowledge of emerging technologies/trends and best practices in tools used in the industry for delivering Applications Management Services
- Previous Managed Services experience is necessary.
- Solid engineering skills in end-to-end process design, integration, automation and monitoring.
- Significant experience of successfully delivering multiple large and complex services and projects simultaneously, in a client facing environment.
- In depth knowledge, experience and track record in managing senior stakeholders and collaboration with cross functional/technical teams and vendors
- Highly evolved leadership and communication skills to effectively and promptly communicate up, down and across for management of issues/escalations and governance.
- Experience in having set up, managed and maturing a Practice highly desirable
- Significant people management experience including successfully building, motivating, and managing sizeable technical teams.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and risk, whilst looking for opportunities to innovate and streamline.
- Track record of good commercial acumen
- Commitment to using data and insights to monitor progress and make informed decisions.
- Experience of contributing to the planning and delivery of new propositions and business strategy.
- Utilizing analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks

Mandatory Skills Description:

- 12+ years of working experience
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
- Proven track record of having led Applications Management Services delivery for clients
- Previous Managed Services experience is necessary.
- In depth knowledge, experience and track record in managing senior stakeholders and collaboration with cross functional/technical teams and vendors

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- ITIL 4 Master Certification
- Solid knowledge of emerging technologies/trends and best practices in tools used in the industry for delivering Applications Management Services

**Salary**: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
