**Role**:Customer Success Consultant
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask.\
- Skilled in MS office, and MS Excel, with a strong orientation towards data analysis and management
- Handle cash and bank-related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Ensure all administration and logistics of Documents delivery to consulate/ applicant / logistic company etc.
- Maintain compliance with the standard operating procedures, manuals, etc. without deviation in the process.
- Inform the applicants about the available Value-Added Services and ensure delivery of Value-Added Service options to applicants/ customers.
- Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated Turn Around Time.
- Ensure judicious use of natural resources.
- Adhere to the environmental health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Have working Knowledge of Customer Service Operations.
- Freshers can apply.

**Salary**:

- $25/Hour CTC (including Superannuation)
- ~35 hours/week
